- This serves as a Notice of Intent to purchase additional MGSWEB software from MGS Inc. This Notice is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY 2007 FUNDS pursuant to FAR Clause 52.232-18. This notice does not obligate funds. The Government intends to purchase: GSAC Production System Web Service Modules- 5 year liscense GSAB Development system Web Service Modules- 5 year license GSA Cold DR systems License Web Service Modules- 5 year license GSA LX Laptop Development and test system- 5 year license The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) On the basis of a best value technical and price evaluation, award will be made to MGS Inc on 05/08/07. The key benefits of this proprietary, link-based integration approach, are speed of deployment , seamless integration across one or more websites, ease of maintenance, seamless integration with existing, and complete agency control over where, when, and how every aspect of MGSWeb functionality is used on the website/portal. MGSWEB software is proprietary, and no other vendor is authorized to manufacture or resell the product. The vendor is qualified on the basis that the software has been successfully tested via trial software licenses.
