- Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to Parasoft Inc., located at 101 E. Huntington Dr. Monrovia, CA 91016. To acquire the C++Test and JTest code review utilities from Parasoft Inc. IRS has determined that these two products are required in order to perform mandated code review activities on tax administration applications. It has further been determined that these are the only commercially available software solutions capable of performing all of the required components of code review without the need for multiple product solutions. In the absence of any other responsible sources, IRS intends to issue a purchase order for the above identified products on or about May 18, 2007. No award will be made on the basis of any quotations, proposals, or other information received in response to this notice since this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposal.
