Description: The services to be furnished under this contract include four (4) U.S. flag, time-chartered, tractor-like tugs to support the Government?s requirement in NAVSTA, Pearl Harbor, HI. This procurement will be full and open competition and will have a firm period of approximately 4.5 months with four one-year options. This is a re-procurement. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued after 11 May 2007. The RFP will be available on the MSC website at http://www.msc.navy.mil (Contracts; N00033-07-R-1009).
