- The U.S. Geological Survey is requesting information from qualified prospective contractors, as follows: 1) Technical response to a draft Statement of Work (SOW). In addition to a technical response, the USGS will also consider suggestions for revising the SOW prior to releasing a formal solicitation. Please contact the Contracting Officer, listed below, for a copy of the SOW. 2) Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing estimate for the three purchase options described in the Statement of Work: full purchase, 36 month lease-to-own, and 60 month lease-to-own.
