Description

FDO Computer Room AC & UPS: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to demolish existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) service office servers and existing computer room air conditioning unit, and to install new UPS and computer room air conditioning unit of similar capacities. The project is located at the in Fairbanks District Office, 1150 University Avenue, Fairbanks, Alaska. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only. The solicitation package containing the bid forms and clauses may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov The specifications and drawings will be available on a compact disk (CD) that bidders will need to request. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents and obtain the CD for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about May 22, 2007. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
