- Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA, has a requirement to establish an Allograft Tissue Implant Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) inclusive of internal/external components. The Government intends to issue a Sole Source BPA to the Suggeste d Source: AlloSource, 6278 South Troy Circle, Centennial, CO 80111-6422. This requirement is unique to patient care and will be established for procurement of Various Allograft Tissue Implants on a as need basis. The contents of this Blanket Purchase Agr eement are established in support of the Military Healthcare Community. Allograft Tissue Implant medical supplies are readily available in the commercial industry; however, it is essential that a physician utilize allograft tissue implant medical supplies for which he/she is highly trained to maximize medical risk to patients. Services ordered under the established BPA will be for a period of 5 Years or until the Government determines that a bona fide need no longer exist. This is not a request for quota tion. However, vendors with similar or like Allograft Tissue Implant medical supplies must submit technical capabilities inclusive of past performance information, delivery schedules and current price listings to be evaluated by the Governments Technical Representative for consideration of future requirements.
