- Synopsis W15P7T-07-R-A224 The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to procure services for the repair of AN/ASN-157 Doppler Navigation Sets (DNS), NSN: 6605-01-323-9061. The contract shall be for th e repair of twelve (12) DNS on a Firm-Fixed Price basis. The anticipated award is to be sole sourced to BAE Systems, 164 Totowa Road, Wayne, NJ 07470, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source, FAR 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i). The Gov ernment does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit, and function of the item being procured. In addition, the form, fit and function is not defined by any nationally recognized industry standard or sp ecification. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811219 with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of earning less than $6.5 million. Baseline tasks shall include repair of the DNS so that its performance meets all of the form, fit and function r equirements and interface requirements in accordance with the Requirements Specification for the Doppler Navigation Set, R201A191A100 and the Interface Control Document for the Doppler Navigation Set, ASN-157-MICD-01. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Source. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is W15P7T-07-R-A224, and will be issued on or about 16 May 2007, and will close on or about 15 June 2007. The estimated award date of this procurement is 22 June 2 007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
