PRON: AX7Q0247; NOUN: Converter NSN: 5895-01-206-6542; Quantity: 70 each; Part Number: 402-100-002 applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. This item is restrict ed to the following approved sources: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc (Cage Code 97499) and GAR Enterprises (KGS Electronics) (Cage Code 16017) because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are enco uraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
