- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description *** The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. However, this requirement is unrestricted and all interested Contractors may submit a quotation.*** *** The USPFO-LA is seeking to purchase Twenty (20) Hand Held 30-88 MHZ FM Radios *** ***All interested Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Line Item 0001: Quantity Twenty (20) Hand Held 30-88 MHZ FM Radios, which shall meet or exceed the following required specifications: 1) Hand Held, 2) 30-88 MHz Low-band VHF FM, 3) Lithion-ion Rechargeable battery, 4) 5W minimum, 5) 2 week delivery from award, 6) Exportable-NO encryption, 7) No S INCGARS hopping; Line Item 0002: Quantity 20 Holster Carrying Case; Line Item 3: Quantity 20 1-meter blade antenna (30-108 MHz); Line Item 4: Quantity 20 vehicular chargers; Line Item 5: Quantity 20 6- unit Base Chargers. ***Delivery shall be completed no t later than 14 days after receipt of an order and shall be FOB Destination. FOB Destination means: The contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipment in good order and condition to the point of d elivery specified in the purchase order, be responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery point specified in the purchase order; and pay all charges to the sp ecified point of delivery. The contractor shall deliver all line items to USPFO, 495 3rd Street Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA 71360 *** *** Evaluation for this award shall be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR Part 13 to the ven dor whose quote represents the best value to the Government, technical capability, and price shall be considered. The Government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: 1) Technical Acceptable factor Meeting or Exceeding the R equirement, and 2) Price. Technical capability shall be equal in importance to price. Technical Evaluation: Evaluation of Technically Acceptable shall be based on the information provided in the quotation.
