- This will be a one time not to exceed repair contract. Contractor shall provide labor, management, equipment, parts, materials, tools and transportation necessary to repair heavy equipment for USAG-HI, Directorate of Public Works at Pohakuloa Traini ng Area (PTA), Island of Hawaii, Hawaii. Services shall be performed on the Island of Hawaii in accordance with the manufacturers standards; and applicable Federal and State codes. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 3 Ma y 2007. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 16 May 2007. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if it s average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.5 million. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloa ds and 2 mb email capacity. This is a new requirement.
