Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: Item 0001: 6 each per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. Item 0002: 3 each per month starting 30days ARO receipt of repairable assets. Item Description: The pyrometer is comprised of two hard wire circuit card assemblies, photodiode assembly, and EMI filter assembly, an electrical connector, a lens tube assembly, a bearing, a sight tube, two fuel fittings and a housing that contains the electronic assemblies and is fuel cooled by a cast in the housing fuel tube. Function: The pyrometer optically scans a portion of each high pressure turbine blade as the blades rotate through optical viewing path of the pyrometer. This function produces a signal and provides it to the Digital Electronic control to establish conditions to prevent over temperature of the turbine blades. Dimensions: 12.85 inches long, 3.05 inches wide, 3.90 pounds. Material: multiple. Cast housing. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 and 0002. This is an export-controlled item. No technical data is releasable. The approximate solicitation issue date is 17 MAY 2007 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 18 JUN 2007. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
