- Description
- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Curbside Waste Management, Recycle and Reuse Program Management to include Red Rags service at Dyess AFB, TX. A Firm-Fixed Price contract award is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) base year from 1 October 2007 thru 30 September 2008 with four (4) one-year option years. This procurement is set-aside on a competitive nationwide basis pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act; therefore, open to all 8(a) certified firms. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562112 with a small business size standard of $10,500,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Past Performance Trade Off (PPTO) procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government. Past Performance is significantly greater than price. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 5 June 2007 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. Any prospective certified 8(a) contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written request will be accepted.
