- The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle, WA announces its intent to solicit a firm-fixed price contract with qualified and responsible firms already established in the business to provide all labor, material, travel, on-site maintenance, and preventative maintenance inspection services on a Government owned Applied BioSystem 3130XL Genetic Analyzer VA Medical Center, Seattle, WA.     Contract performance will be for the base period and four (4) one-year options. NAICS code 811219 and business size standard of $6.5 million dollars will apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about 05/07/2007 and available for download from http://fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendments issued will be posted on http://fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. As of October 1, 2003, all firms are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database www.ccr.gov before an award can be made to that firm. This procurement is unrestricted.
