- VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office intends to purchase brand new TV's and installation for the VA Santa Maria Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 1550 E. Main Street, Santa Maria, California 93454, this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Contract shall be awarded following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-07-RQ-0044JL; the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 443112. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS: (1) Television 58" Panasonic HD Plasma; TSC tune w/digital cable card slot. PC input, speakers one (1) each, Part No. TH-58PX600U. (2) Universal large flat-panel tilt mount with flip lock one (1) each, Part No. OmniMount U3-Tilt. (3) Media link six-input audio/video switcher with built-in amp for 8/16 ohm or 70 volt speakers, controlled by IP link either via the medialink controller or designated PC one (1) each. (4) Wall-mountable lockable metal wall box wit flip-down 4U equipment rack space one (1) each, Part No. Extron MLM-W B+. (5) Medialink controller with IP link for intuitive control from faceplate of any designated PC one (1) each, Part No. Extron MLC-104IP. (6) 2-way 6.5" 70 volt speaker with intergrated back box three (3) each, Part No. Extron SI-26CT. (7) High Res VGA w/audio cable one (1) each, Extron VGA-A-MM-MD/50. (8) Equipment interconnect cables one (1) each, Part No. Extron Cables. (9) 16/4 and 16/2 in-wall pure-copper speaker cable for in-ceiling speakers one (1) each, AudioQuest. (14) 3 in 8 out 1GHZ active lossless bi-directional amp splitter with IR engine one (1) each, Part No. Elan VDA38B. (15) 1 in 2 out 1GHZ low loss passive splitter. DC and IR passing, printed circuit board design three (3) each, Part No. Channel Plus 2512. (16) 4 input 4 channel digital modulator w/IR one (1) each, Part No. 5545. (19) Estimated misc. hardware, dependent upon extent of installation one (1) each. (20) Installation of plasma wall mount television ten (10) each. (21) Installation of audio system into Large Conference Room one (1) each. If the current part number is end-of-life and/or no longer available, please provide current manufacturer's part number for the above listed items. Installation should be approximately twenty-one (21) days after award. A walk-through for interested Contractors has been scheduled for June 6, 2007, at 1550 E.
