- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220, announces its intent to solicit a firm-fixed price contract with qualified and responsible firms already established in the business to provide all labor, materials for a single wall control double wall exam cam lock modular audiology booth . The overall outside dimensions will be approximately 16.8"x9'0"x8'1". Control room inside dimensions 7'x8'4"x7'2". Exam room inside dimension 7'4"x7'x6'6" includes (3) 36" doors, (3)12'x12" windows in doors, HVAC hook-up, (2) 6 plug electrical outlets, (4) duplex electrical outlets, (2) conduit drops for phone and computer in control room, and dimmer lights in exam and control room with dimmer switches in the control room. Installation of VA EMI and controls; disposal of all sound room packaging and crating materials. NAICS code 423450 and business size standard of 100 employees will apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be posted and available for download from http://fedbizopps.gov/. Offers will be due in the issuing office on or before 2:00p.m Eastern Time on May 14th, 2007. Any amendments issued will be posted on http://fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. As of October 1, 2003, all firms are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database www.ccr.gov before an award can be made to that firm. This procurement is unrestricted.
