- Work consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and incidential items necessary to install equipment placed stacked, sloped, rock vane riprap, and reinforced earth along Upper Beech Hill Brook and Mary Smith Brook. The approximate dimensions for the stacked rock wall with pins will be 15 ft total height by 130 ft long (approx. 290 cu.yd.), 13ft total height by 45 ft long (approx. 78 cu.yd.), for the sloped rock riprap will be 9 ft total height by 43 ft long (approx. 50 cu.yd.), and for the reinforced earth will be 20 ft total height by 130 ft long (approx. 1450 cu.yd.). Estimated price range is $100,000 - $250,000. Competition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitation package will be available for download from this site on or before May 9, 2007. Site showing is planned for May 22, 2007. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded under sealed bidding procedures. Davis Bacon wage rates apply.
