- The USDA Forest Service, Cass Civilian Conservation Center located at 21424 N. Hwy 23 Ozark, AR 72949, is a residential, educational and vocational training facility for student?s ages 16 to 25 years of age. The center is approximately 18 miles north of Ozark, AR on State Highway 23. The mission of the Job Corps is to provide academic, vocational and life learning skills to youths at-risk. The Cass Job Corps Center has a requirement to provide Mental Health Care to its students. This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. Set-aside Status, This is a 100% small business set-aside, however if the Government should receive adequate competition for this acquisition, this action will be restricted to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. For this action to be set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns offers must be received from two or more service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns; and all bids received must be at a fair market price. . The performance period is 360 calendar days, July 01, 2007 through June 30, 2008 with an option for four additional years. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this project is 621112 and the small business size standard is $9 million. All responsible sources that meet the outlined criteria may submit a proposal. The Government plans to award a firm fixed price contract for a base period with 4 option years. A contract will be awarded with discussions resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation considered. Labor, services, transportation, insurance, permits and license/certifications and all other materials as required by the state of Arkansas and the Department of Labor will be provided by the Contractor to complete the work as described (except for Government-furnished property or facilities as outlined in the solicitation.) The solicitation will be posted to this website-FedBizOpps-for downloading and will provide all necessary information for offerors to prepare and submit a proposal.
