- This requirement is for a definite quantity firm fixed price contract for NSN 6695-01-482-8743, Transducer, Motional Pickup, p/n 941-2-12 or L44780P01 are acceptable only, requirement document 0014949506, and approved sources of supply: General Electric Company (07482), Esterline Sensors Services (3J805) and Weston Aero (K0405). Item is identified as critical application item, Destination inspection required, FOB Destination; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total quantity is 30 pieces; Clin 0001 for 15 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA and Clin 0002 for 15 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA required delivery 274 days ARO. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only two approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) . ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
