Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, Enterprise Support Office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.. The purpose of this procurement is to provide Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) with a quantity of 27,000 Vontu Discover Software subscription licenses for a 12 month period for the Agency's urgent and compelling requirement. This notice is to inform the public that DLA-DES-A (Contracting Services Office) intends to limit competition due to unusual and compelling urgency under FAR 6.302-2. Certified and responsible resellers of Vontu Discover Software are invited to submit a quotation which shall be considered by DLA. All responses must be received within 1 calendar day (May 3, 2007) of the date of this announcement to be considered. Solicitation closes 2:00 pm on May 3, 2007.
