- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) MIPR7FDAJAVAY1. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-16. (iv) The NAICS code is 423430, the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is AVAYA Specific Make and Model and only new products are acceptable. (v) Provide a price for each of the following CLINs. (vi) CLIN 0001: MSG, Add External Call History to the existing CMS R13 allowing Army to export data to an external database. Must allow saving of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) data in existing Oracle databases, which allow creation of ACD reports within SMS. CLIN 0002: Switch, Upgrade Call Center S8700 Switch and Application Enablement Services (AES) to include switch upgrade to CM3.0, Call Center Software Upgrade and CTI Upgrade to AES 4.0. AES 4.0 Server requirements are RedHat Enterprise ES 4.0 Update 3 and must be included in release. CLIN 0003: Voice Portal Upgrade Modular Messaging (MM) includes MM upgrade to R3, replacing all 4 servers with S3500?s. CLIN 0004: Add ECH Voice Portal Upgrade. Includes upgrade of the two existing Avaya IR?s to Voice Portal 3.0.1.2 and requires RedHat release 3 update 8. (vii) Ship to U.S.Army Human Resource Command-St.Louis, AHRC-C1, Attn: Anthony Vilt, One Reserve Way, St.Louis MO 63132. FOB destination; acceptance at destination. Delivery requested no later than 30 days ARO or as soon as possible. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer.(ix) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 Alt1, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.225-13.(x) The following DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7003, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, 252.247-7022 (access to clauses can be made via http://FARSITE.HILL.AF.MIL).
