- Description
- This is the solicitation ot Pre-Solicitation Notice H9CI0170016. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL intends to procure Counterintelligence Support Element (CISE) support in order to orchestrate strategic Department of Defense (DoD) Counterintelligence (CI) efforts to systematically identify and degrade foreign intelligence and terrorist threats at various sites in accordance with the attached solicitation and related documents. Based various locations identified in the Statement of Work as Places of Performance the Government estimates 9 full-time personnel are needed to accomplish the work. This is new work there is no incumbent contractor. The estimated cost of this effort is not available for disclosure. The period of performance will be one year from contract award or negotiated start date. This solicitation is full and open competition. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690. The solicitation, the DD254, Sample Travel Request, Sample Monthly Status Report and Past Performance Data Sheet are the related documents available at this site as well as the DITCO Home Page, Contracting Opportunities at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/dcop.asp. Vendors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and all related documents to include Amendments to the solicitation, these documents shall be referenced in your proposal. Proposals shall be uploaded to the DITCO Contracting Opportunities page referenced above. All questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing via email NLT 3:00 Central Time 12 Dec 2006 and responses to questions posted on or about 19 Dec 2006. Proposals for this requirement are due 3:00 Central 9 Jan 2007. The contractor performing this work must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at the time of award. The resulting award will be best value based on an integrated assessment of Technical /Management Approach, Past Performance, and Cost/Price. If at anytime the Government determines requested services are no longer required ? the Government reserves the right to not make an award.
