- Description
- The Air Force intends to award a requirements contract for nonpersonal service to provide the 76 MXW/OBH training support as follows: Contractor shall provide all labor services and incidentals to provide training and training related support for the 76th Maintenance Wing at Tinker AFB OK. The Contractor shall provide services only when the Government lacks the resources to support the training requirements for the 76 MXW/OBH on an as-needed basis as requested by the Government. This training support includes new courseware development as well as existing courseware revisions and updates. The contractor shall provide classroom training instruction and any required support in accordance with (IAW) the performance work statement (PWS) requested in Government furnished facilities. The performance period shall include a Basic year and four one year options. It should be noted that all Contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award. In addition, Contractor must be registered at On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) http://orca.bpn.gov . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611430. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
