- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within Atlantic County, New Jersey. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is looking to lease office space consisting of 3,700 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for use by a Law Enforcement Agency for personnel, furnishings and equipment. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area of Atlantic County, New Jersey. LEASE TERM: Ten years, 5 years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by May 15, 2007 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3.Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 4.
