- WANTED TO LEASE Seeking Expressions of interest OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease, seeking expressions of interest, for approximately 18,151 rentable square feet of Office space within the following delineated area: NORTH: 87th Street SOUTH: 103rd Street EAST: Torrence Avenue / Colfax Avenue WEST: Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. City of Chicago, Illinois We are seeking Office space. The office space must be first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must yield a minimum of 15,032 and a maximum of 15,784 occupiable square feet for the agency's personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be contiguous, on one floor. In addition, parking must be available to accommodate employees and public; approximately 75 spaces. Occupancy is desired by the First quarter 2009 for a lease term of Fifteen years, Ten years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
