- The synopsis is modified to read as follows: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services needed for water treatment program for the steam and chilled water systems at the Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., Washington, D.C. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded, through utilization of source selection procedures. The performance period shall be for an initial period of one year, with the Government?s option to extend services for four consecutive additional periods of 12 months each. The NAIC Code is 325998 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be issued on/about May 10, 2007, and the due date will be on/about June 12, 2007. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically.
