- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitaton number M93004STONE is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The Request for Quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006. This is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 484110 size standard $23.5 M. The United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia has a requirement for the following: 900 Metric Tons SURGE #617 To be delivered in 2 deliveries as follows: 30 May 2007 150 Tons 30 June 2007(on or about) 750 Tons 3,500 Metric Tons CRUSHER RUN AGGREGATE To be delivered in 2 deliveries as follows: 30 May 2007 800 Tons 30 June 2007(on or about) 2,700 Tons 4,000 Cubic Yards #3 CRUSHED STONE To be delivered in 2 deliveries as follows: 20 May 2007 1,500 Cubic Yards 30 June 2007 (on or about) 2,500 Cubic Yards The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 FAR 52.212-4 FAR 52.212-5 FAR 52.204-9 Please return a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Aug 2006) with your offer.
