- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for one (1) Athletic Medical Trainer at Kaneohe, Hawaii. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquistion of commercial items. The provisions and clauses in the Request for Quotation are those in effect through FAC 2005-13. The solicitation number is M00318-07-T-0125. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 999990. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be m ost advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotations: 1) Technical and 2) Price. Solicitation will be available on or around 03 May 2007.
