- Solicitation N00421-07-T-0140 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Special Communication Requirements Division (SCRD), Webster Field Annex is procuring a Network Server as required by the United States Army Intelligence Joint Mobile Integrated Communication System (JMICS) Program. The JMICS has tasked the SCRD to integrate a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Network Server for the JMICS III system. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis. Award will be made on a best valve basis with considerstaion being given to (1) pass or fail (2) past performance (3) price all of equal importance. The contract line items numbers and descriptions are**Clin 0001 Quantity 24 EA, The required Network Server is to be configured as follows: 1. 2 Rack Unit (RU) Server Rack-Mountable (19? standard) NTE 22.5? in depth 2. Chassis shall have four 5.25? bays 3. Shall contain two 460W power supplies, one redundant on the other 4. One Tyan Tiger K8SSA S3870G2NR-RS Opteron Server Board 5. Shall contain two Box AMD Opteron Dual-Core 275 64 bit processors 6. Shall contain four 1GB ECC Reg DDR400 7. Shall contain 500GB 7200rpm SATAII/300 16MB 8. Shall contain one Sony DWQ-58A Slim Black DVD Writer 9. Shall contain one drive converter with 3xSATA Bays in 2 x x5.25 Bays 10. System shall include a 5 year Maintenance agreement to include parts and labor. It must be fully assembled, tested and burned in for 48 hours prior to delivery. Shall provide High Mean-Time-Between Failure data on all components. Brand Name for Tyan Tiger line item 4 and Sony for the above line item 8. Shipping charge to St Inigoes zip code 20684-0010.
