- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract on a sole source basis with Alliant Tech Systems Division, Clearwater, Florida requirements for designing a kit and providing documentation to allow the current AAR-47 MWS Test Set to be upgraded with the capability for testing the A (V) 2 Optical Sensor Converter (OSC) Dynamic Blanking function.
