- FORMAL NOTICE OF A-76 COMPETITIVE SOURCING STUDY This notice constitutes a formal announcement and commencement of the A-76 cost comparison study for all operations at the Treasure Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. The A-76 Streamlined with Most Efficient Organization (MEO) Competitive Sourcing Study begins May 1, 2007 and is being conducted under the revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. The study is expected to be completed on or earlier than September 12, 2007 at which time a formal decision shall be rendered. These services are located at the Treasure Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, Indiahoma, Oklahoma and are provided to an assigned onboard strength (OBS) of 320 students. This synopsis serves to publish not only the official start date in FEDBIZOPPS but to provide essential information about the study and the potential opportunity to contract for the requirement. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Commissioner Robert Johnson, the Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Roger Slater, and the Contracting Officer is Diana Terrell 303-445-2349. Any solicitation resulting from this streamlined competition will be made available on www.fedbizopps.gov if and when it is released.
