- Description
- USACE, Vicksburg District, Mat Sinking Unit proposes to award a Simplified Acquisition to provide services of a licensed EMT, PARAMEDIC, LPN OR RN for the Mat Sinking Unit during the period beginning on or about 23 July 2007 through on or about 20 No vember 2007 in accordance with specifications for services as required. Normal work schedule will be 10 hours per day concurrent with MSU schedule. Additional hours will be required if deemed necessary. The EMT, PARAMEDIC, LPN OR RN will be on call 24 hour s per day while aboard the MSU. The EMT, PARAMEDIC, LPN OR RN will coordinate with the Safety Technician onboard the MSU anytime he/she has a need to leave the MSU quarter boat complex for any reason. Three meals a day will be provided as well as lodging o n the MSU quarterboats while the services are being provided. Transportation will be provided to the location of the Sinking Unit from Vicksburg, MS and back to Vicksburg by the government at the beginning and end of the contract and on weekends off.
