Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to Repair Alternators. The solicitation is W912JV-07-T-0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by May 15, 2007, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to Brandy.Kloock@ng.army.mil. 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 The supplier shall furnish the following supplies/service if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 1 June 2007 through 31 May 2012. 1.2 Scope of work A. Rebuilding of alternators for various size generators B. Replace bearings C. Rewind rotor and stator exciters D. Steam clean E. Dip and Varnish F. Reconnect bridge rectifier G. Paint H. This engine contract is developed to ensure Oregon National Guard equipment is maintained in a manner consistent with the commanders objectives. It is the contractors requirement to meet all federal and state OSHA and environmental requirements as pa rt of the contract. I. Projected Annual Requirements is 2 alternators per month x 12 months = 24 alternators per year. Must be on OSMS, ISO approved vendor list. You must complete the vendor survey located in Section G and submit with your quote. Vendors who fail to submit the vendor survey will be deemed non-responsive. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. Point of Contact: Brandy L.
