- Description
- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan (USPFO-MI) desires to enter into a Cost per Copy Program (CPCP) Service starting 1 July 2007 to support the entire Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG). It is the intent of the Government to enter into a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for a period of five years. The Contractors solution will provide all hardware, software, training, licenses, maintenance, supplies (less paper), etc. that are necessary for the execution of this contract. T he program requires a total of 155 copy machines and an account management system. Contractor will provide no-hassle satisfaction guarantee for all aspects of the program. The Governments obligations under this contract shall be subject to availability of funds for any of the ensuing Fiscal Years. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with Offerors. The Solicitation Number is W912JB-07-T-2003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). It will be made a vailable on or about 2 May 2007 and will be posted to our web site http://www.Nationalguardcontracting.org/EBS/Advertisedsolicitations.asp. The NAICS code is 532420. All future information regarding the acquisition, including amendments, will be distribu ted solely through this website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and amendments (if any) and monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information concerning this acquisition. The closing da te for responses is not later then (NLT) 12:00 p.m. on 18 May 2007. Award will be made to the Contractor whose proposal, responsive and conforming to the RFQ, is determined to be the best value to the Government. The best value is the most advantageous o ffer, price and other factors considered, and consistent with the Governments stated importance of evaluation criteria. This may result in an award being made to a higher rated, higher priced Contractor where the Contracting Officer determines that the o ther factors of the higher-priced Contractor outweigh the cost difference.
