- The Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the Department of the Army IMCEN, intends to award a sole source contract to The Dupuy Institute, 3519 Beverly Drive, Annandale, VA 22003. The Dupuy Institute will collect and analyze counterinsurgen cy related data and assist in the development of a counterinsurgency database for the Center for Army Analysis. Proposes contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source.
