- This is a Sources Sought for Maintenance and Repair of the Crash Fire Rescue Training Facility (CFRTF) and Smoke Training Facility (STF) at McGuire AFB New Jersey. This is not a solicitation, nor does it guarantee a solicitation will be issued. This is a request to determine whether or not any small businesses are capable of providing this service. McGuire AFB, NJ will require support to maintain and repair the Crash Fire Rescue Training Facility (CFRTF) and Smoke Training Facility (STF). The contractor shall maintain and repair these training facilities systems to include but not limited to: -Air compressor- -Air dryer- -Filters- -Oil- -Refrigerant- -Propane system- -Control stand- -Cathodic protection system- -Burn pit equipment- -Sump pit equipment- -Holding pond- -Reweld/replace thin metal panels on hull as necessary- -Replacement of damaged equipment- -Faulty valve rebuilding- -Sample/analyze water from two Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) monitor pipes for Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF)- -All associated components based on inspection results- Submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is completely voluntary, and shall not constitute a fee to the Government.
