- This amendment is in reference to the combined solicitation Reference-Number-F4A2007078A100 dated 23 April 2007. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date from 04 May 2007 CST 4:00pm to 11 May 2007 CST 4:00pm. Quotes must be received at the 325th Contracting Squadron, LGCAA, no later than 4:00pm CST on 11 May 2007. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is F4A2007078A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense DCN 20070327. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210. The business size standard is $23.5M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is V301. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4214. This request for quotation consists of the following line items: 0000: Movers requested to move offices in 95th AMU Bldg 290 to Bldg 180 and to move the offices in Bldg 530 to Bldg 290. The move will be split into two separate move dates. The first move will be from Bldg 290 to Bldg 180, followed by the second move from Bldg 530 to Bldg 290 approximately two to three weeks later. The move will consist of moving and insuring the office furniture/cabinets in 95th AMU and providing boxes for the move. Items must be delivered to: 117 Texas Ave, Bldg 530, Tyndall AFB, FL, 32403.
