- Description
- Contractor shall provide all equipment and tools required to provide a wood working service at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota Arts and Crafts Center. The resultant contract will be a concessionaire contract. The government is expecting a percentage return on gross sales. This percentage and price of mandatory schedule items shall be the determining factors in deciding the awardee. No appropriated funds of the U.S. Government shall become due or paid to the awardee by reason of the resultant contract. This procurement is being conducted as 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 238350, size standard in $13M. Concessionaire shall start on or about 1 June 2007.
