- The United States Department of Transportation, Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST), Procurement Operations, OST Acquisitions Services Division intends to enter into a Sole Source Contract with JBG FEDERAL CENTER LLC for Parking Services in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 6.302-1 and, 41 USC 253(1). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812930 Parking Lots & Garages. The place of performance is DOT headquarters located @ 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington, D.C. 20590. This will result in a firm fixed price, negotiated commercial services contract. The Statement of Work (SOW) is as follows: The Contractor will provide the necessary reserved parking spaces within the DOT headquarters facility, labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment to provide parking management and operations services, including, but not limited to; monitoring parking areas and operating visitor parking. The SOW will further define the services to be performed by the contractor. This contract has a potential performance of three (3) years which consist of One (1) Base year with Two (2) one year optional periods. The Delivery Date is to start June 1, 2007 through the contract expiration date.
