Description
The purpose of this Screening Information Request (SIR) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform the subject project at the Denver TRACON. This project is for full and open competition. No set-aside. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project includes, but is not limited to: ??? Removing the window gaskets and replacing ??? Wet seal the exterior, all exterior gaskets ??? Refurbish the double gaskets for the operable windows and replace ??? Refurbish/reseal all gaskets, joints, insulation of the window units ??? Remove silicone sealants and return to new condition ??? Clean all window and surfaces within the scope of this work ??? Provide a good seal preventing moisture and air from entering the building Project Size: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGE: Offerors must submit requests in writing by May 11th, 2007 to Angela Mihalek, FAA, ANM-52, 1601 Lind Ave., SW, Renton, WA 98057; by fax at: (425) 227-1055; or by email at: Angela.Mihalek@faa.gov. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 14th, 2007. The FAA may make an award without communications or negotiations; however, communications and/or negotiations may be conducted to determine the best value to the FAA. The FAA also reserves the right to cancel, terminate this request for solicitation/RFO at any time before, during or after the closing date.
