- Management and Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted services to students (16-24 yrs old) at the Delaware Valley Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following positions: Mental Health Consultant/Psychologist-on site service, Physician on-site service, Optometist/Optometry off-site service and Dental off-site service. All subcontracts listed will be awarded for the base term period covering August 1, 2007 through March 31, 2009 with (three) one year option years.
