- PR 0015114155, NSN 6140-01-110-3855, Battery Assembly. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This item is a Critical Application Item. QPL applies; approved sources are MarathonNorco Aerospace (74025) and Saft America (09052). The item is not commercial. The solicitation quantity is 35 each with a 100% quantity option. The requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, delivery 92 days ARO. The stock delivery locations are Tracy, CA, and Richmond, VA. The solicitation will be available on or about May 15, 2007, and will close on or about June 15, 2007. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
