- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) Construction and Equipment Division intends to issue a Request for Proposal in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following: Description of Supplies ? Insulating Oil, Elec., Exxon Co. USA (0TS34), Houston, TX, P/N COOLANOL 20, Unit can contains 1 Gallon on solicitation SPM8EB-07-R-0012. This solicitation will be unrestricted and the only acceptable manufacturer is Exxon Co. USA. No surplus material will be accepted. A quantity of 336 gallons is required by the Government. This will be a best value source selection acquisition here delivery and technical is considered equally as important as price. The solicitation is expected be available on or around May 29, 2007 and closing June 29, 2007. The solicitation will be available for 30 days. The Government is looking for a 60 day delivery. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data which can be included in the referenced RFP. Copies of the solicitation can be found on DIBBs, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
