- The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS A&PO) intends to issue a firm fixed price contract under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13.5. Contractor shall provide Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) services for the Washington Headquarters Services Defense Facilities Directorate in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 23 April 2007. Solicitation Number HQ0034-07-T-1010. The NAICS code 541513 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is $23.0 million. This Acquisition is a 100% set aside under the Small Business Administrations (SBA) section 8(a) business development program. IAW FAR 5.205(f)(3) eligibility to participate is open to firms in either the developmental stage and/or transitional stages. The Period of Performance will be a base year and four one year option years. The anticipated date of award is 15 June 2007. There is currently no contract in place for these services, the previous contract expired on 31 Mar 07. Please monitor this site for further information pertaining to this acquisition. We anticipate that the Solicitation will be posted by 1 May 2007. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
