- Contractor shall provide healthcare resources in accordance with Public Law 104.262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR Part 873. Contractor shall provide Breast Care services for the Spokane VAMC, within a 15 mile radius of the Spokane VAMC, 4815 N Assembly St., Spokane, WA 99205. The Contractor shall comply with all Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) statutes and regulations as well as pertinent regulations of: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Privacy Act, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The Contractor shall also comply with any applicable JCAHO Ambulatory Standards of care for imaging service. NAICS 621512 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $11.5 million.
