- Description
- The Library of Congress intends to negotiate non-competitively with Instron, 835 University Ave, Norwood, MA 02062. The requirement is to procure on a firm, fixed price basic for a Instron Model 5564 frame with 2 tension/compression load cells, pneumatic side-action grips, rubber grip faces, strain-gauge extgensometers, controller, and test packages to upgrade model 4301 frame, for use in the testing of materials used in the preservation of objects. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. Ability to meet the salient functional and technical requirement listed to determine capability. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Arneen Dozier via email at adoz@loc.gov. The cut off date for questions is May 3, 2007 at 2:00pm. NO PHONE CALLS.
