- In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the National Park Service (NPS), a bureau of the Department of Interior, announces a standard competition for service-wide human resource management services in the functional areas of writing and classifying position descriptions, payroll processing, establishing and communicating benefits programs, personnel action processing, and records management. There are approximately 122 full time equivalent (FTE) Government personnel currently performing these functions throughout the United States and United States Territories. The projected end date for the competition is no later than 12 months after the date of this public announcement. The primary NAICS code is 921190, "Other General Government Support." The National Park Service Competitive Sourcing Official is Kate Stevenson, (Acting) Assistant Director of Administration, Business Practices, and Workforce Development. The Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Dan Wenk, Deputy Director, National Park Service. The Contract Specialist is Sonya Armstrong (sonya_armstrong@nps.gov). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
