DESC: NSN 5970-01-486-3660, Part Number 12997575. The item to procure is an Insulator, Washer for the M240 Machine Gun. Item is made from Vespel, SP-1D Resin, Sheet Stock and Individually Packaged. The part is 0.13 IN Thick X 0.63 Outside Diameter with a 0.194 IN Dia Hole. Proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation will result in a Five Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Guaranteed minimum requirements are 50,000 each, with a potential contract ma ximum quantity of 1,000,000 each. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 07 May 2007. The response date listed is an estimate only. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY07 requirement.
