- Description
- The U. S. Army Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, in support of the Product Manager, Mortar Systems, intends to issue a solicitation to procure the approximate basic quantities of (10) 60mm mortar lightweight Baseplate assemblies and (830) 81mm mortar lightweight baseplate assemblies. This requirement will also include 2 options as follows: Option I-60mm Baseplate Assemblies-up to an estimated 950 81mm Baseplate Assemblies-up to an estimated 675 Option II-60mm Baseplate Assemblies-up to an estimated 300 81mm Baseplate Assemblies-up to an estimated 300 The contractor shall manufacture, inspect, assemble, package and ship the 60mm and 81mm mortar lightweight baseplate assemblies in accordance with Government TDPs and applicable contract requirements. The Government expects to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this effort. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. It is expected that the solicitation will be posted on http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about 22 May 2007. See numbered note 1 and 26.
