- Description
- The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver facility, will be soliciting for full home health care services. Services will include skilled nursing, supervisory nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, home health aids, homemakers, person care providers and a full range of infusion therapy, including home chemo therapy. The intended contract will be for one base year and four option years. The services will encompass the Colorado counties of Adams, Elbert, Denver, Boulder, Arapahoe, Jefferson, El Paso, Douglas, Teller, Broomfield, Park, Gilpin and Clear Creek. The solicitation will be ready for download on or about April 24, 2007 with a proposal due date of May 11, 2007.
