- Pursuant to FAR 8.402(f) notice is given that the Government intends to contract with CapGemini Government Solutions, LLC to perform strategic planning and other SBInet Program Management Office activities. This is not a solicitation. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses are limited to small business concerns.
